Loss Control
Rick Rounds is a ten year resident of St. Croix and is a Professional Member of the Southern Building Code Congress. He also holds a USVI General Contractors License as well as a USN Welding Certificate. Rick received his Bachelor’s Degree from Beloit College in 1972, and provides loss control services to all clients of Theodore Tunick & Company and Marshall & Sterling.

Claims
The role of the agent is critical in assuring the client of prompt and efficient company response and payment in the event of a claim, and our claim department is dedicated to the servicing of claims. Our claims manager, Sylvia Sewer, came to us from CIGNA Insurance Company, and is a licensed adjuster. Charlene Francis, worked for Underwriters Adjustment Company for six years prior to joining us in 1986. We enjoy excellent relationships with our company counterparts as well as local and regional independent adjusters to assure our clients that claims will be professionally handled.

The entire operation of Theodore Tunick & Company is fully computerized. Our cutting-edge computer infrastructure, together with our Applied Systems, Inc. Windows-based "TAM" system, enables us to produce schedules of insurance, certificates of insurance, and loss runs as well as accounting information at any time. This latest, state-of-the-art software enhances our abilities to provide instantaneous data of any nature to our clients.
